Pablo Mercado is not only an amazing programmer (and a good friend of mine) but also the producer of some art I really like to look at. Several of his pieces hung on the wall in Warner HQ and brightened my day. They're multimedia, really -- he hand-draws them in pen, photographs the drawings, uploads them to the computer, and then pours color in there. This one's called "Optimisticon":
