So here's a project I'm working on. I'm putting together a list of reasons one
might not want to vote for President Bush in the upcoming election that might
be persuasive to any old aunt, uncle, neighbor, coworker.
The idea is not to come up with a list with a great deal of nuance, but rather to put together some thoughtful talking points. To help keep everything straight, I've divided the list into Major Actions, Statements and Minor Actions, and General Trends. There really are so very many so it's going to take a little while to get them all together. Please go ahead and send in your suggestions using the comments feature below.

- The President has led us to believe that there is a connection between the attacks on America of September 11, 2001, and the war in Iraq. There is none.
- "There is no precedent in any modern White House for what is going on in this one: a complete lack of a policy apparatus. What you've got is everything—and I mean everything—being run by the political arm."
- John DiIulio, the President's former domestic policy advisor for faith-based initiatives.
